How much for stress dosing if you're on 20 HC?

Val mentioned in another post that 20 4x day (extra) for the flu

seemed like to much if you're only on 20 a day of HC. So, at the 20

how much would you use for stress dosing for a flu or cold?

Also, for travel, Val said one would need to stress dose. How much

would you say for that? I never could figure out why I was kind of

shaky and more nervous than necessary when traveling. I know doing

the whole airport routine is stressful and tiring but thought why

would I be so stress, I'm going on vacation.
