I must've missed the first part of the alopecia discussion....my mother had

alopecia, and I'm a little worried....I believe she had extremely weak adrenals

and I know she was hypothyroid, her numbers were in the teens, and her

cholesterol was over 800 in the year before she died (at 62)....so I believe my

situation is hereditary, and I'm worried that the weak glandular system that I

inherited, I've also passed along to my daughters and my grand daughter...I want

to stop the family traits/weaknesses and feel that it's my life's purpose, to

get this figured out and that my legacy to my decendants will be health.....if I

can just figure out our weakness, is it the hypothalamus, the pituitary? Does it

just start with the adrenals and the thyroid, or does it go deeper?

My feeling better is important to me, but it is the most minute of the goals

that I have for finding the source of my body's weaknesses....I love it when

others share their stories and solutions, I soak it up like a sponge, you can

never tell what small tidbit that you figure out that may help someone

else...and I appreciate everyone for sharing...
