When do I take iron supplements

Hi,

I am having a problem knowing when to take my iron. I divide my

Armour into 4 doses. If I understand correctly, you are suppose to

keep iron away from thyroid medicine, calcium and magnesium. If this

is correct when do you take it. I take my Armour sublingually.

Many folks take iron at bedtime and take their Armoru during the day.

I thought it was advisable to take a dose of Armour before bed since

the T3 was needed during the night.

It is but sometimes oyu have to juggle with iron.
