Guest guest Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 I would swap out one dose per every three days wiht the opills and just use cream the rest the doses so if oyu absorb well form the pills it is not a shock to your system. To avoid tummy upset eat somethign particularly with fat at each dose.
