You should get 5mg size pills for ease of dosing. I would start with

replacing one dose of cream for equal amounts of the poills for -4 days

then swap out the second dose of cream for the same amount. I would ask

for 4-5mg doses daily for a total of 20MG. It is not recommended to take

HC sublingually. I have reservations about using it that way as

concentrated steroiss in tissues predispose them to fungal infections

and Thrush might be the end result. Try eating with each dose.
