Well as of last Friday I was on 2grains but I was having pain and

tingling in my feet and hands and sore wrists and ankles, this usually

means for me that I need to back off the armour.

So I slowly backed down over the weekend and am only on 1 grn now and

still having some pain.

I'm also very warm at times. I wake up sweaty but OB says i haven't

started peri men. yet. I'm just 40 last month.

I'm on adrenal support still, 3 cortef a day and adrenal glandular

too. I also do the salt and vitamin c.

I used to talk to you at the other website. You always helped me more

than My Dr. and he's one of the best.

I know I sound stupid but it just feels like I'm wrapped tightly on

bubble wrap and I can't get out. Like the worst bloating.

I need labs but he hasn't ordered them.

Oh 2 months ago he told me I was low on D so I'm on D3 and also iron

2wice a day as I keep showing up low ferritan .

Oh well, I just wonder when I'll stop gaining. I don't even have

ankles these days! Sue
