Guest guest
Hello, Val, could you please give me some idea why I felt sick again when beginning a bit of T3? I was fine for about a week and a half on about half of a 3.75 timed released capsule twice a day. When I increased to a whole (3.75 mg.) Low ferritin I started feeling a bit like I felt before HC, except I also had nausea. I have been on about 100 mg. iron per day as my ferritin tested at 38. Without a crystal ball, which do you think it is? Low ferritin? Weak adrenals? Appreciate your help. Pat I would give the thyruid increase at least 3 days for your body to adjust to it before raising HC, but if oyur tmep doesn;t bounce back after 3 days, yes, more HC. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
It could be either but nausea would point to low cortisol. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Guest guest
OK, thank's Val. The nausea is definiitely something new for me. I think I've been off thyroid so long, I've become even more hyo which must have stressed the adrenals when I started T3. This is a setback, but I had been feeling so much better, I'm eager to start over. What would you say to trying sea salt to try helping adrenals? My BP is still l78/98 and many times above, so I haven't tried it.. Thank's Pat.
