Guest guest
Temps are supposed to go down when you sleep and in preparati0n for sleep at night, lowest ebing first thing when oyu get up in the nmorning, then by noon a bit higher peakign inthe evening around 7PM then they start to fall again in preparation for sleep. This has nothing to do wiht your cortiosl levels but normal temperatuere fluctuations in a day. tHE FLUCTUATOINS WE ARE LOKING FOR ARE FORM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT OF AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets

And you can see the daily fluctuations clearly on the temp graphs corresponding to when I take any ACE. Normally, the graph is a purely straight line for days/weeks/months at 97.7. It's been 97.7 for years even before graphing them. Then as soon as I add ACE, it starts dropping like a rock and fluctuating all over the place. You can see it reflected in the individual daily temps, too, as the temp will usually rise for a short while after first taking the ACE, like into the 98.0-98.2 range -- where it ordinarily *never* goes without ACE -- and then after that it drops off again into the low 97s and 96s, going lower and lower the longer I take the ACE. Then when I stop (can't take it for too long anyway), the temps go back to 97.7 and flatline there again. -Jeff
Guest guest
When you start taking cortisol, you become more hypoT because your body is suddenly able to use the thyroid hormone that issitting in your bloodstream. Once that is used up your body wants more. But you can't tolerate the thyroid meds until you get your adrenals supported correctly. So even though your temps drop and you might actually feel a mor hypoT while ramping up, you still have to get your adrenals supported before increasing or starting thyroid meds. Otherwise it causes too much stress on the adrenal glands and your body freaks out.
