I know your right but when your working with a Doctor you have to becareful and try to play their way a bit. I won't raise my armour. Guest guest Posted March 2, 2008 Report Share Posted March 2, 2008 If your cortisol is that low then you may not be able to tolerate an increase of armour right now. What were your cortisol levels? If they are that low, then 10mg per day is most likely not going to do you much good. Taking too little can cause problems as well as taking too much.
