really, customer service should send you a disc for your system. I know my

husband y was able to get one from Dell for two different computers

(one desktop and one laptop) which came pre-installed..... they did make him

ask though ;o)

How old is your pc? I think you have a warranty for one full year, and that

would enable you to talk to a support person online or on the phone.
