Guest guest
Hello Im finding it harder now to use my cell phone. I just cant hear on it at all if im out. if im at home I have to turn off my fan and air conditioner. Now that the confusion with ODSP is cleared up im going to make a new appointment with my Audiologist about getting new hearing aids but what cell phones or products similar to cell phones are out there that are good for people with hearing imparement. Actualy I find the screen too small to read but mostly the cell phone is so I would have something to use to be safe and call if I ever needed help. Its too hard to have a conversation over my cell phone cause its too quiet on the cell even with speaker phone wich if I switch to speaker phone my phone sounds like a crackly microphone. I am interested in knowing what options there is for people with hearing loss. I use my right ear to talk as I can hear higher pitch but not the lower frequencies. my left ear has less hearing but the low frequencies are better then the high frequencies. I can hear people speaking better if they are on my right side.
