Guest guest
Some people do need to raise the sdalt slowly to avoid problems with diarrhea, btu seldom. Are oyu cer6tain you are using good unrefined sea salt? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
This happened to me, too~when I first started the sea salt. I think it has a " detox " type of effect on your body. I stuck with it and now I can tolerate it just fine. I know it's no fun right now...but it should get better! Kim > > Hi > Wonder if any others have had a problem with this? Guest guest
My salt reactions are all over the road. I've had the stomach bloating you've talked about. I've also used it to stop nausea (which works instantly!) And then, I've taken just as you've mentioned and had both no adverse reaction and another time I've had it cause nausea. I haven't ever had diarrhea though. Maybe it's because I have a tendancy for constipation. Val's response is comforting to know! > > > > Hi > > Wonder if any others have had a problem with this?
