This happened to me, too~when I first started the sea salt. I think it

has a " detox " type of effect on your body. I stuck with it and now I

can tolerate it just fine. I know it's no fun right now...but it

should get better!

My salt reactions are all over the road. I've had the stomach bloating

you've talked about. I've also used it to stop nausea (which works

instantly!) And then, I've taken just as you've mentioned and had both

no adverse reaction and another time I've had it cause nausea. I

haven't ever had diarrhea though. Maybe it's because I have a tendancy

for constipation.
