New here - anyone else from UK?

Hi there. I am hypothyroid and have been on levothyroxine for 13 years,

fluctuating between doses of 100 and 125 mcg. I've never felt that

good - always been tired and underweight and prone to pick up every

cold going. I've just come across this huge amount of information on

the internet and now think I am suffering with adrenal fatigue and

would probably benefit from switching to Armour. My GP doesn't seem to

know anything about non synthetic thyroid meds or adrenal support.

What do I do now??

Please let me have the benefit of your experience if you are from the

UK. Half these meds and supplements are unavailable or have different

names here, which makes a confusing situation even worse, not to

mention the good old national health system. Will I need to go private

to get personalised and specialist help?
