So since I'm Lisinopril, again, I need to listen to my own body talk to

me. I was really ticked off that shrink would only give me t-3, and a

small dose at that, but I am feeling some improvement.

I'm never normal at anything. Much appreciate the input Val.... when and

If I finally start getting a clue to everything, I'm with the others who

say that phone consult is a good value.

My PCP uses our compounding pharmacy a lot, I'm thinking he's going to want

me to do a consult with them.... I'll let you guys know what happens after

I see him. THen next week the shrink again.

I don't think the klonopin is doing anything. I'm almost wondering if it's

doing more harm than good. I'm getting better sleep pretty much just using

soma, a muscle relaxer and alla the supplements we've talked about here.

I do a naicin flush at night of 300 mg, that helps, even though I show

high cortisol, if I feel anxious am doing some dosing of HC cream, and

amazingly, it seems to be working.

Shrink and i will talk. SHe says she only doses thyroid on labs.

WElllllllllllllllll, my question for her, what labs does she dose the super

duty psychotropic drugs with.

She won't do armour cause people get increased anxiety, welll I've learned

from y'all that without adrenal support, OF COURSE that will happen.
