Temps naturally a bit lower after getting up from nap (hyperglycemia-induced)?

Hi,

Are temps naturally about half to 3/4 degree lower after getting

up after a nap IF one is on sufficient cortisol but still not

adequate thyroid? My temps have stabilized at 98.4 (maybe it's the

sea salt, which I'm drinking more regularly), but they were down at

97.9 right after getting up after a nap tonight (I think caused by my

super-sensitivity to some high BGs), but then went back up to 98.4

within an hour. Is this a " normal " fluctation, given that the Armour

still isn't high enough, or there is RT3 going on?

Jim
