Saliva testing for wife - first tube redo?

I finally got my wife to do the saliva testing on the right day of her

cycle, but before she came down to do it she brushed her teeth and

didn't tell me until she had already filled the AM tube. She said

that her toothpaste has mouth wash in it. She did drink some water

and rinse before filling the tube, but I wonder whether it is ruined

or not - suspect it is. Is it possible that we could follow directions

better for the tubes for the rest of the day today, rinse out the AM

tube and do it again tomorrow the right way? I'll call the lab

tomorrow and ask but was wondering what you all thought?
