Guest guest
Rhonda, I would sit on both doses of HC and T3 for now. Let your body wsettle a bit, just a week then you can try increasing HC an T3 together, which would be the best way toi do it -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Guest guest
Hi Val, I have been on my one dose of Cortisol SR for 4 days. I haad started with 10 for two days and then went back to what I was on 12.5 in one dose. I feel crummy but I know I need to sit on this for a while to feel better. Also, the first few days there was a lot of anxiety and now today I have some sadness, but I also didn't sleep last night. When I spoke with my doctor on the phone we were going to shoot for only 5 mg of Cortisol total. So, from reading here I knew I couldn't jump back to 5 without feeling like crap so I tried, 7.5 and didn't do so good and climbed back up. She moved me up from 25 mcg of T3 to 30 mcg. So, far I am okay on that. I think the first couple of days I was feeling anxious do to excess T3 not getting in. She mentioned going up to 40 mcg of T3, but I told her I hadn't been able to tolerate the 37.5 I had tried to earlier. Do you think I should have gone up a little more? I was affraid because my adrenals are yet stable from me jumping around. This is the firsst time since Sept. 2007 I have increased any? I know if you do it too soon you will have to go back down because you will stress the adrenal. What do you think VAL? I just thougtht it might lift this depression that keeps setting in. I tried 5HTP today to hopefully help me sleep and relax. Any luck with taht? I think my doctor is knowledgeable but have heard her contradict a couple of things she said. Thank you Val!!
