Shortness of breath/was ok till I started Cortef!

Ya gotta help me. I started on Cortef after an absence for testing. I

needed it bad...Saliva test

I was on 125 cytomel.

I started Cortef during the day (10 gr right now) and PS at night

to aleviate high Am Cortisol.

Thats not my problem. I am starting to have spells of shortness of

breath and chest tightness. I didnt have this with T3 only. Now Im

starting on cortef to get well and Im having problems!

I did drop Cytomel down to 75.

Personal note-lots of stress. Dad is real bad with cancer, Im going

out of town to see him and stay with sick mother.

Then I would say you neeed mroe Cytomel. Low T3 is a very comon cause of

short=ness of breath. But do raise it sloly no more than 12.5mcg eveyr 7

days and onyl if it doesn;t cause othee problems. If you do get other

symptoms form it, thne you need to raise it even slower.
