>>Would it be okay to take temps. at 3,6,9? I haven't read anyone taking their

last temp so late? I have a physical job and if I took it too early it would

probably be off as I rarely sit until I am done.<<

As long as oyu are consistent this should be fine as the fluctuation from day to

day is what you are looking for not an overall temp which migh tbe slightly

higher this time of day.

>>Also, how long does it usually take for temps to stable for three days to add

some T3? I have recently started taking my temp orally instead of axillary to

see if that helps.<<

No way to predict this as it depends on how fast you raise the cortilsl and how

much you need.

I take mine at 3, 6, and 9. Just works easier for me.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy

enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright

Val,

Would it be okay to take temps. at 3,6,9? I haven't read anyone taking their

last temp so late? I have a physical job and if I took it too early it would

probably be off as I rarely sit until I am done.

Also, how long does it usually take for temps to stable for three days to add

some T3? I have recently started taking my temp orally instead of axillary to

see if that helps.

Thanks
