Guest guest
Barb, I never did do a saliva test. I was going to but my doctor said that she feels the blood test is more acurate because the saliva can be a false/positive. I could kick myself now.... I used to feel calm on the Cortisol SR when I first started to ramp up. Then I got to about like four times a day 5-2.5-2.5-2.5 and started to not be able to sleep and when I went up to 5-5-2.5-2.5 and really felt bad. So, I thought I just wasn't on enough. I think I need to go down some. Seems like a couple people on the Cortisol SR aer having trouble ramping up past 12.5 and 15. Val mentioned that she suspected a conversion problem and maybe try Hydrocortisone if the Cortisol Sr is giving me trouble.....
