First I would have to ask why you are on that much Florinef? Is this per

your doctor? You shouls akways take SOME sea salt wiht Florinef it needs

it to work.

Well I was increasing it every week since I could't really feel the

positive effects that I had heard about. Then it was when I reduced

my HC that I started feeling the good effects. So I was on 0.3mg, now

I am down to 0.225 (2 and a quarter tabs) as I'm trying to decrease it

to see where I find my sweet spot.

Do you recommend not going past a certain amoutn of florinef? i know

the prescription guidelines list sometimes 0.2mg as a max dose, and

others list 0.3mg as a max dose.

I have not ever heard of anyone needing over .2 Florinef. It can take

several weeks for full effects to be felt from it so I would wait a few

weeks on .2mg and have electrolyte panel done then to see what it si

doing. MUCH of a mineral effect you cannto feel what is going on so you

eed to have the testing done on that high a dose to knwo for certain it

is not hurting you and is doing what it needs to do.
