Guest guest
Does anyone split their T3 doses? I am on a T3 SR and only take it once in the morning. I suppose it probably wears off by bedtime.
Guest guest
Val, Do you know how long the T3 SR lasts? Is it okay to take it this way? Guest guest
> This seems to be working okay, I don't feel bad at all during the day but I feel anxious when I take my bedtime pill. I have trouble sleeping anyway but if I can fall to sleep right away I sleep good until I wake up a few hours later. This sounds like low night time cortisol resulting in adrenaline production. Are you on adrenal support?? Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com For lots of good information of adrenal issues http://www.nthadrenalsweb.com/ and the adrenal group on http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
