If I may ask...did you experience anything weird before your first day?

What stage were you in when you started it?

Im so hesitant, but need to do something, I feel myself getting worse

and worse, especially while we're moving again.

Fill me in, just trying to get an idea of folks experiences with HC. Is

it Cortef? Thats what I've got on hand,
