Stress dose for allergy?

Last three days I have been miserable with upper respiratory " allergy " symptoms.

Ears/nose/throat. A deep cough, nose constantly running, incessant sneezing,

ears burning. Spring is breaking through here and I do usually get " some "

allergic response but this is way EXTREME!

I can't think of anything I've been exposed to that would bring this about.

Could this reaction/severity be due to taking HC? Should I stress dose? We

have high pollen counts here in land coming up and I'd hate to be living

like this through the whole season!

I'm taking 10/10/5/5. My temps have been stable the last week and I'm holding

off on increasing Armour.

Took 3 different types of antihistimes/allergy meds yesterday and they only

eased things up a bit!

Thanks,

Janet

This could also be the beginning of a cold/flu, so I would advise taking

a stress dose for three days and see if it helps, you can add 2.5mg to

every dose or take a larger 10mg at once dose in the morning is best.
