If you are in the UK, just go to Boots and ask for 1% hydrocortisone

cream. Boots has their own brand. I was also able to pick it up from

my very small local pharmacy - different brand, but again called 1%

hydrocortisone cream. (If they ask why, just say it's for a rash!)
