dr wilsons adrenal fatigue

Hi Val and others,

I have read several books on adrenal fatigue now including dr

wilson, and so my question is in all the publiucations and the STTM

website it says that a dose of 20 mg HC should be used but i notice

that most people are on much higher doses than that. How high can you

go on HC before you risk complete suppression of the adrenal glands?

Dosent the healthy adrenals only produce 30 mg a day per individual?

Just wondering as I am about to start HC therapy, and I am very

concerned???
