Here are my cortisol blood results:

March 2006 = 11

September 2006 = 18.5

Saliva Septmber 2006:

in the AM 110 Normal 13-24

Super High at Noon 15 Normal 5-10

Super LOW at 4PM 2 Normal 3 - 8

Super High at Midnight 63 Normal 1 - 4

NO HC on those.

Started HC as it was thought this was stage 3 adrenal fatigue.

Blood cortisol June 2007 while on 32 HC = 31.5

I've heard testing while supplementing with HC is inaccurate.

I would give my right arm for someone to tell me whats wrong.

I stopped HC in October, got worse and cant figure out if I should

use HC or not.

I started again 2 weeks later and cannot get well. I held at 20; 25;

30. I think instead of starting HC again, I should've done PS.

I'm fatigued, cannot lose weight, most fat in belly.

I have absolutely no symptoms of low cortisol.

Glucose is around 86. BP is around 125/70 and rises when I stand.

I'm taking 2.5 armour + 100 cytomel.

I feel nothing. I was at 50 HC and now down to 30.

Please tell me if I'm headed the right direction.

I'm reading that saliva is more accurate than blood.

How far should I decrease the HC? How do I know where to stop? With

decreasing, I thought I'd start to get better but I'm not

Sorry sorry sorry-- I'm becoming desperate.
