Guest guest Posted March 14, 2008 Report Share Posted March 14, 2008 This is the sum of your 4 daily cortisol levels, so higher (within range) is better. If you're over range, then you're in the earlier stages of adrenal fatigue where you're pumping out too much cortisol.
