Hi...I just joined this group hoping to get some insight. I have had

hypothyroidism for several years now. It all started with menopause and

I've been on Levoxyl for at least four years. I have never felt it

helps and after my last set of labs done two months ago my doc says he

needs to increase the dosage. That was about a month ago and I feel NO

different...maybe worse! Here's the symptoms that drive me crazy:

fatigue, lack of concentration, difficulty with memory (not anything

dramatic but everyday stuff), foggy brain. I just don't feel alert and

sharp like I use to. Is all this related to hypothryroidism? I'm a

professional marketing person, 60 years old, active, healthy and

physically feel like I'm forty. So this is driving me nuts. Has anyone

else felt like this? Is it thyroid related? Is this the best I will

ever be???

Thanks for letting me rant and rave.
