Guest guest Posted March 30, 2008 Report Share Posted March 30, 2008 OK, OK I should have known better, but me being me, I just go ahead and do it my way anyway. Here is my situation.... I ramped up on OTC cream to 10-5-2.5-2.5 and then my doctor gave me the pills....now I know I should have swapped out 1 dose per every 3 days...I did for 1 dose. I went to 5-2.5-2.5-2.5 on pills thereafter. Now I tried 5-5-2.5.2.5 and when I did I got a severe stomach reaction and have been living in the bathroom for 3 hours. What should I re adjust to?
