Guest guest
Val, my thyroid is not yet optimized, I am on Armour 2 1/4 G. FT4 was 13 (range: 9-20 or something)last time and TSH 1.8 (0.3-4.09)...it was 5.8 before Armour. Hypo symptoms yes I have. Mood has gotten better with Armour and HC, but when I exert myself a little I get stiffness (esp. in upper body and head) and jammy/congested thoughts and depression and flattened/dull sensation. Thank you! > > The same symptoms apper from low thyropid. Guest guest
Until you reach 3 grains I think it is fine to rais by 15mg (1/4 grain) a week as long as your adrenals can handle it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
