I remember reading somewhere that people with adrenal fatigue shouldn't

exercise after 4pm(or somewhere around then). The best time is in the

morning as it ups your metabolism. I believe it was in the book " tired

of being tired "

I think the idea of exercising to get energy is not meant for adrenal

fatigued people. It's not the magic pill for everything. Exercise

has always made me worse and now I know why and the next time one of

these brilliant doctors give me the standard, you need to do some

exercise I will tell them they don't know what they're talking about

and walk out. If we are trying to rest and heal the adrenals why

would someone do something that makes them worse. It doesn't make

sense.

these brilliant doctors give me the standard, you need to do some

exercise

After my partial hysterectomy last Oct. My Doc said I MUST walk at

least 30 min a day as my cholest. and my blood pressure is up . I

felt good for a couple of months doing it at 20 mg HC a day......
