Do you have a glucose meter? I would get one and not only go on a low

carb, hgh protein high fat diet, but this way you cna monitor your

glucose. A one time highish fasting does nto really mean much. You can

also have an A1c test done as this clarifies the picture. 5-6 is normal

over 6 or so I would worry about though it is not considered Diabetic.

no,,I dont have a glucose meter. I'll have to get myself one. I have

a feeling it was unusually high that morning. I think I also had a

sore throat that day which maybe could have caused it to rise. thanks
