Guest guest
Do you have a glucose meter? I would get one and not only go on a low carb, hgh protein high fat diet, but this way you cna monitor your glucose. A one time highish fasting does nto really mean much. You can also have an A1c test done as this clarifies the picture. 5-6 is normal over 6 or so I would worry about though it is not considered Diabetic. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
no,,I dont have a glucose meter. I'll have to get myself one. I have a feeling it was unusually high that morning. I think I also had a sore throat that day which maybe could have caused it to rise. thanks for the reply > > Do you have a glucose meter?
