new member/advice for low cortisol levels

I am new. I had a ACTH stimulation test which producted these values:

0=166 30 mins=398 , 60 mins=457. I was prescribed hydrocortisone

tablets. I would like to heal myself as naturally as possible. I am

confused about isocort and hydrocortisone. Is Isocort natural and Hc

synthetic. I had no thyroid problems. I get confused in this forum

when they seem to link up adrenal and thyroid. Also can diet (Dr Lam

or dr 's) really help? Please reply as I feel so tired and need

advice. What side effects are there with Hc?
