If sodium is high normal say 144-145 then you could skip the Aldosterone

but not the ACTH. An ATCH serum tells if the pituitary is putting out

enough ACTH to stimulate the adrenals or if the low cortisl is strictly

due to low adrenal function, i.e. high ACTH and still low cortisol.
