stress dose til when?

Hi Val,

I started to get a cough yesterday afternoon and stress dosed 10 mg on the

spot. After that I've been adding 5 mg to each dose. My question is: how long

should I do this?

I found an old post where you wrote: stress dose " til sympoms are gone. "

Until my cough is gone? or I no longer feel like death? A little confused b/c

colds can last a long time but the acute stage can be just a couple of days.

I'm most worried about the cough turning into bronchitis, or worse.
