Guest guest
>>.....and some where in there sodium/ potassium levels have to be optimized, as well as sex hormone levels brought into range? it all has to work together somehow w/o the whole mechanism breaking down cos one of the links are weak... ? and how to deal with all of them in enough baby steps to keep building on the progress rather than overwhelming the system what to deal with first?<< Adrenals and Ferritin have to at least be on their way before the body will tolerate thyrodi. Then once thyroid is started and adrenals well supported (including SALT as this si vital to them) then you can start testing sex hormoens as they will most liekly have changed by then. Sodium and potassium are usually not hard to adjust. You take se salt as ling as it doesnlt start tasting too salty, if ti does you simply lower what you are taking. Potasisum will self level in MOST people if oyu eat food s wiht potassium, in them, I try ot eat bananas at least every other day and beets and OJ. Then it is fine tuning. Once thyroid is optimal , you will try to wean off HC. Personally I think sex homriones should be checked at this point and adjusted before weaning as well to make th eleast stress on your body possible. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
