Guest guest
As part of a Practitioner Developed Product initiative in our last funding cycle, DB-LINK partnered with Robbie Blaha and Brad Carlson, two practitioners from Texas, to assist in the formatting and dissemination of their tool, The Assessment of Deafblind Access to Manual Language Systems (ADAMLS). ADAMLS is a resource for educational teams who are responsible for developing appropriate adaptations and strategies for children who are deafblind who are candidates for learning manual language systems. It includes strategies for organizing the assessment process, assessment questions with considerations for adaptations and a tool for organizing and summarizing the results. It will be distributed electronically and is available as a pdf document at http://www.dblink.org/pdf/adamls.pdf. We hope that you will find it to be useful and welcome your comments and feedback. Thanks, DB-LINK staff
