it all has to work together somehow w/o the whole mechanism breaking down cos

one of the

links are weak... ?

and how to deal with all of them in enough baby steps to keep building on the

progress

rather than overwhelming the system

All correct adn while hypo, ferritin has a tendency to continue to drop so if it

islow supplementaiotn usually has to continue til the hypo is mostly corrected.
