Reverse T3 and Low cortisol

Hi :

Is it posible that I read on a thread on STTM that HC can help T4

convert into T3? Do you think that if one has a problem with reverse T3

and at the same time low cortisol, can HC help with the low cortisol

and at the same time can it help the reverse T3 problem?
