Val, high cortisol question..

Can I lower from my stress dose quicker than 5 mgs. per day if I have

that huge stomach that comes from high hc? I was on a stress dose 62.5

mgs. hc (and my stomach noticably grew in just a few days) for 4 days

and started weaning down since then without any serious side effects

(if I get a little shaky, I just take a little of the next dose early).

I am currently at 42.5 mgs. and need to get to 32.5.
