Acclimating to HC questions

Hi all, my holistic MD has allowed me to go on HC: 5 mg in the a.m.,

and 2.5 mg. in the evening. I've been slowly ramping up to this dosage

(I see her in 3 weeks; don't know if she wants to increase), but I

noticed that I felt more energy in the first few days, when I was only

taking 2.5 in the a.m.

My question is: Is there a period after initially starting HC where

you feel kinda crappy as your body gets used to it?

I have not been diagnosed as hypothyroid; as far as I know, it's just

adrenal in my case. Could the HC (even though I have no thyroid issues)

cause the T3 to not act normally? Don't know how to prase that

question, sorry. ;-)

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Donna

What usually happens is when cortiso is too lowm thethyroid sits in the

blood lookign really perfect and then when you take cortisl it gets to

the cells and the levels go down in the blood uncovering the hypo. Yes

it is pretty commn to feel ups and downs while adjusting cortisll.
