On day of saliva test is it ok to take a pain reliever?

Ok so I am doing my saliva collection today. I am a big coffee drinker

and I know I'm not supposed to have any coffee today. So far I haven't

but now I have a pounding headache. Does anyone know if I take

something like ibuprofen or aspirin if that will affect my test results?
