val and others,

I am a little confused I am on adrenal support(isocort) and 1.5

grains of armour. Since my last raise my temps have been very good.

Here they are (day of the raise)98.0, 98.5, 98.6, 98.6, 98.5,

98.3,98.4, and yesterday 97.8. What gives with that??? I am a male so

its not a cycle thing. What I think is this is my body'd way of telling

me to raise armour?? Does that sound wrong ? I say this because some

hypo symptoms go away when my temps are up and then come back when my

temps nose dives like it did yesterday. Dr.Rind says your temp should

be stable for 5 days and mine is so what do you think ? Raise armour?

more adrenal support? or was it justa fluke? I will record my temps

again today but I was thinking that i should raise my armour but didnt

want to put any undo stress on the adrenals.. Thanks for all your help

Fred

The fluctuaytion shows weak ADRENALS. I would give it a few more days,

never make a med decoision on ONE day;s temps. If they comnmtinue to

flucituate, a bit more Isocort if they level out thne a TINY bit more

armour to bring temps to 98.6.
