Steady weight gain on Cortef.

Can anyone tell me why I've had steady weight gain and fat

accumulation on abdomen and hips for the last 8 months.

My Dr. just keeps shushing me saying " well, what's a little weight gain? "

Well, a little weight gain to someone who's 5 " 1 means I can no longer

fit any of my clothes.

I don't have money to buy new clothes.

I spin cycle 3 times a week and enjoy it. It's my joy. I try cutting

back on cortef as I seem to do fine for a while but then, I have

problems with my armour. So I go back up.

I was an athlete once but can't seem to get my metablolism moving.

Well it's moving! Backwards!

I understand the water weight thing, but this is a firm ball of fat on

my ab, I've never had before.

I follow the Sally Fallon, Westin Price nutritional diet, so I don't

know what else I can do, and I need to fit my clothes. I've been

wearing the same 2 outfits all winter and did that lst summer as well.

I'ved gained a total of 14 lbs.

Not much unless you're short.
