Anti-depressants & anti-anxiety meds

New around here and taking one step at a time...

I have been on an anti-depressant (Luvox) and an anti-anxiety (Buspar) for 10

years.

Worked great until about 2 years ago when, I believe, my liver, kidneys, and,

now I think,

my adrenals, crashed big time (more about that another day, but I do not feel

these meds

were to blame for the crash - I can explain later). Anyway, I went off these

meds for a

about 18 months, because I was really scared and wanted to completely clear my

system. I have recently restarted (6 months now) because all my many doctors

(and my

wife) said the millions of crazy symptoms I have had since the crash were in my

head.

Fair enough, it had been 18 months, the meds had been good for me for years, so

I

restarted.

My question: What's the official thinking here (and at STTM) on these meds? Do

you

stay on them before working with HC or the T's? What's the matter with them if

they are

addressing serotin?
