Guest guest
If we are taking between 0.2 to 0.250mg (200-250mcg) of Florinef, roughly how much extra sea salt should we be taking if we are normally getting a sufficient amount of salt in our diet? I drink a few cups of milk per day (which has 240mg of sodium) and then my normal diet usually has at least 100-200mg of sodium in each serving. Should I still be taking 1-2 teaspoons of sea salt? And on this high dose of Florinef, should I be supplementing with Potassium since I think the higher the dose we go, the MORE potassium we excrete right? Thanks Lacey
