I am a first time user of Cortef, and I have ramped up to 20 mg's of Cortisol-OTC. Do I just take 2.5mgs 4 x a day as I did with the cream? I am very happy to finally be able to down a pill and not apply cream. I am prone to severe stomach upsets-anything I need to know, or do to avoid this? Thank you, Helena I Love Maltese Dogs!
