Good point Sol! Thanks for the info. I have taken a liquid kelp form

of iodine before for weeks and it never affected me badly. But I

completely agree with you about using caution with things you haven't

tried before, I don't want to end up in the hospital or a fatality,

yikes!

That caution should apply to most anything we put in our bodies. Unfortunately

there are

many people who rush out and buy supplements, minerals, hormones, etc. and start

using

them without any testing or knowledge of what they are doing and can end up with

more

problems than they started with. There's a wealth of info out there but many

times people

don't look into the details, they start something on the advice of a couple of

people or

from an article or two they read. It's always advisable to research both the

pros and cons

of anything. One can't possibly be informed without knowing both sides.
