I just finished a 25 Crown operation, up and down... 4 months of dental work 2 to 3 times a week on the dentists chair, some day's from 7 a.m. till 5 p.m. I'm a part time yoga instructor and I found that by Breathing looong and deeeep and always remaining conscious of your breathing, no matter what the dentist is doing or not doing, the pain and or the agony was not there.. SO.. my advice? while your on the chair, stay aware of where you are, but always also aware of your breathing, concentrate ALL your thoughts on your breathing,,loooooog and deeeeeeeep..
